NEW * DUE TO NEW INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS, WATER SKIS, WAKEBOARDS, TUBES, AND TOW ROPES ETC… ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL. OUR LIABILITY INSURANCE WILL NO LONGER COVER TOWING TUBES/SKIS ETC… Boats MUST remain on Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau, or Lake Joseph at all times!
Reserving Your Boat: (Reservable Rental Rates only)
Advance Reservations may be made for 6 or more consecutive, full days only. * Rentals of 4 or 5 days may only be reserved 7 days in advance with a full non-refundable payment. Each day or part day counts as a full day when making a reservation >> Sat to Sat is 8 days! A $500 to $1000 Reservation Deposit is required for each week of boat rental being reserved. Refunds (less a $150/week fee) on cancellations up to 60 days in advance of your start date. Cancellations made with less than 60 days notice >>> reservation deposit is non-refundable. Early Returns or Late Pick-Up >>> no refunds or adjustments for early returns or late pick ups. Changes to reservations ( Extending or Upgrading only ) may be made - based on availability. Cancelled rentals are responsible for the balance due if cancelled within 7 days of start date. Short Term & Daily Rentals* may only be reserved a Maximum of 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required, and no refunds will be offered on cancelled short term rentals. >> Please check the local Weather Forecast before calling for Daily Rentals << * Specific boats may not be guaranteed on all Boat Rentals (specifically those of less than 6 days). We will do our best to keep you on the size/style requested, but occasionally due to unforeseen availability issues or damage to rental units, we may need to substitute an alternate boat. We reserve the right to substitute your rental boat for a different size but similar boat style. You must pay a deposit in order to guarantee a reservation. Some deposits are non-refundable!
Picking up & Returning Your Boat:
Boats must be Picked up at Beaumaris Marina and Returned to Beaumaris Marina. All boats must be picked up and returned to Beaumaris Marina during business hours. All boats must be picked up – in the water – trailering of rental boats is not permitted. You may pick up/return your rental boat any time between 10 am and 4 pm on the specified dates. Summer Hours: (Victoria Day to Labour Day) Open 9:00 am - 6:00 pm / Seven Days a week. Your Total Rental Balance is due on pick-up and may be paid by; Cash/Interac/Visa/M.C./Amex * An additional $2500 damage deposit - by Visa or Master Card - is required on all Boat Rentals. The person named on the contract must be present at pick-up; to sign the rental contract, make payment, provide a security deposit and to go through the outgoing checklists and orientation. Once the paperwork is complete, the Lessee may allow another qualified party to drive the boat. Boats MUST remain on Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau, or Lake Joseph at all times!
Repeat Customer and Long Term Discounts:
Repeat Customer Discount: Repeat customers receive a 5% Discount off all posted rates. Long Weekend Rates: Please use the 4 Day rates listed for all long weekend rentals. Extra weeks: (based on the extra day rate), have a 12.5% discount already built into them. All applicable discounts will be shown on your confirmation. Please check it over carefully.
PCOC (Boat Licence) Information:
Pleasure Craft Operators Card - All power boat operators in Canada must carry a valid (PCOC) 'Pleasure Craft Operators Card’, or an equivalent boating licence or certificate. All operators of the our rental boat must obtain their “PCOC” prior to their arrival. Age Restrictions: Renters Must be 25 years old and also hold a valid, unrestricted car driver's licence. All additional Drivers must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid *Pleasure Craft Operators Card.
General Rental Information:
Rates shown are all in Canadian Dollars. Please add the HST (tax) of 13% to all rentals. Gasoline and Oil are not included in the rentals rates. Fuel cost will vary by model and use. Only Ethanol Free Fuel may be used in our boats and must be purchased from a Marina We supply ALL safety equipment, spot lights, anchors, lake charts, etc... at no extra charge. Customer trailering of rental boats is strictly prohibited. Drinking alcohol and boating is illegal! Please Note – Previous Boating Experience is Required in Order to Rent.
